About Our Client
Our Client is a Not for Profit organisation that helps people of all ages and backgrounds develop leadership, problem-solving, language and intercultural skills needed to succeed in a global economy and make a positive difference in the world. They have a small office with a very friendly and sociable culture.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager to provide continued support in the following:
- Full function accounts payable - payment runs, reconciliations, invoice processing, month end assistance.
- Full function accounts receivable - debtor account reconciliations, processing payments, month end expenses, updating customer records
- End to End payroll for a small staff including new starter set ups, superannuation calculations and terminations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles and be a be a team player. Although there is no system requirement, you will have experience of using accounting software and be ready to hit the ground running as you will be starting at a busy time of year.
