Based at their South East Melbourne site located in Springvale, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Officer to join this growing company.
In this varied position you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of administration and front of house services to all stakeholders at the Chemicals site. Within this role you be required to assist with in house catering, travel and calendar coordination for the team as well managing key stakeholders relationships both internally and externally. General administration duties inclusive of managing reception, reporting, preparation of proposals and varies administration duties will also play a pivotal part in the role. Your previous experience as an Administration officer will allow you perform the role to the best of abilities and to assist with the successful implementation of KPI and process improvement initiative to effectively maintain the customer and business database.
The Successful Applicant
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous administration experience. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and excellent time management skills to successfully manage all administrative tasks. Technically, you will be required to manage and coordinate all administration activities with your intermediate knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Microsoft Excel and other systems such as SAP. Lastly your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with all stakeholders will play a crucial part in this role whilst working within a close-knit team environment with supportive management. Your efficient time management skills and excellent attention to detail will allow you to transition into the department with ease.
