About Our Client

The experienced Administrator will hold an integral role within this energetic business. The role will include but is not limited to;
- Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes and share certificates.
- Personal Assistant duties to support company partners.
- Diary management.
- Invoicing requirements.
- Company title searches.
- Developing and maintaining internal systems/databases.
- General administration duties.
- Exposure to BAS requirements.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will come from an accountancy background with exposure to ASIC, ATO, Taxation and BAS matched with a strong administration skill set. Further, you will be a motivated and proactive individual who will relish in being part of a company striving to inspire the industry. The individual will be tech savvy in order to immerse themselves and thrive in the business's passion for cloud based technology and a paperless environment. Additionally, you must have outstanding communication skills with a desire to add value to the business. Experience in using XERO will be highly regarded, although not essential. Ideally you will have at least two years experience as an administrator as well as being familiar with ASIC portal. Most importantly you will have exceptional customer service skills with an intuitive and energetic nature.
