About Our Client
Our client is a leading developer within the property industry and possess a strong Global presence. Due to a recent win of on a project our client is looking for a strong Administrator to join their team based in the CBD.
The main duties of this role are:
- Provide all round administration to a team of 8 property consultants
- Produce weekly reporting as requested
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Liaise with clients on behalf of the team
- Managing lease documentation
- Typing of documents
- Scanning and electronic filing
- All other ad hoc requirements as requested
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will posses:
- A minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Previous property/construction experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Enjoys working in a team
What's on Offer
For the successful candidate there is a 6 month contract on offer.
