About Our Client
A leader in its respective industry, our company is a fast paced yet exciting place to work that will support you in your position as an appointment setter. Located in the North Shore, their offices are open and modern as well as close to main shops and public transport.
As an appointment setter you will be responsible for:
- Conducting all outbound calls in a professional and confident manner.
- Building relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handling customer inquiries and questions.
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation.
- Meeting and exceeding all set KPIs, both personal and group.
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with outbound calls and cold calling.
- An ability to be motivated and self-driven.
- High level or organisation skills
- Have a proven ability to meet set targets a KPIs
- A friendly and approachable personality.
