As a member of the sales team you will provide a level of sales quality that exceeds the expectations of customers and enables each staff member to achieve their individual revenue goals via inbound and outbound calls.
- Contacting leads and attending prospect meetings, with the intent to secure new business and raise awareness of products and services;
- Self-lead generation and securing new business opportunities;
- Maintaining a short, sharp sales cycle;
- Achieving set sales targets & objectives, as well as income and business targets;
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- At least 6 months experience in telesales;
- B2B experience desirable;
- Confident, ambitious, likeable, tenacious;
- Positive can do attitude;
- Thrives in a fast paced environment;
- Enjoys reaping the rewards of hard work;
- Looking to create a career not just work a job.
