About Our Client

You will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting with any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Meeting set KPIs and targets set by your team leader.
- Entering client information and logging all calls into the company database.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
- A customer focused and friendly attitude
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Experience within the customer service industry and call centres.
