About Our Client
Our client is a leader in their field for corporate leasing of motor vehicles as well as cars included in salary packaging for corporate clients. Due to growth within the organisation they now require a dedicated claims office to join their passionate team.
You will be welcomed into a wonderful team environment where cooperation is key. Reporting into the team leader, you will be supported by a passionate and experienced management team that will take their time to train you in order to see you delivering the best results. The job requires you to troubleshoot and assess each claim over the phone. Whilst it is necessary that you have a good grasp of numbers, it is also important that you are customer service focused.
The role will include:
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls
- Responding to customer queries via email
- Delivering bespoke customer service to customers, ranging from the general public through to corporate business
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will ideally come from an Accounts Payable background but have a desire to get in to Customer Service. A strong grasp on numbers is a must but essentially we are looking for people who have a desire to get in to customer service. We will consider all experience for this role .
