About Our Client
Our client is a global financial organisation ranked amongst the top 50 financial institutions worldwide, and pride themselves on their exceptional service to customers and businesses. They are now seeking two proactive concierge candidates to join their team with excellent opportunities to progress into the wider business.
As a front desk concierge your duties will include:
- Greeting all visitors and providing access to the building.
- Engaging and welcoming VIP clients or guests.
- Attending to general email enquiries.
- Interacting with customers and managing the visitor system.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be extremely personable with the ability to work independently and show initiative. You will have experience in customer service, candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, hotels and reception highly desired. Ideal candidates will have a vision to progress and develop their career in the financial services industry.
