As the face and voice of this company, your primary responsibilities will be to answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, meet and greet corporate clients and visitors, complete general admin tasks as required, and ensure the reception area is professionally presented at all times.

- Demonstrated success in a similar role within Professional or Financial services;
- Switchboard experience;
- An ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders;

- Immaculate presentation and a professional outlook; and
- A proactive, flexible and friendly disposition.
