About Our Client
In-house customer service team based in Brisbane CBD that provides support for all customer enquiries in regards to their products.
You will provide exceptional customer service over email, web chat and phone: Key duties will include:
- Answering product questions and queries;
- Process customer repairs;
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and experience required for this role are:
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills;
- Always come across in a professional manner throughout all customer interactions;
- Good computer and keyboard skills;
- Must have had call centre experience previously;
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
