About Our Client

As a Customer Liaison Expert you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and correctly provide detailed information for Customers over the phone;
- Demonstrate awareness for inbound queues and answer effectively and efficiently;
- Make outbound calls to proactively follow up on prior issues and resolutions; and
- Meet and Exceed set targets and KPI's, both individually & as a team.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful Customer Liaison Expert you will anticipate and see to exceed customer's expectations at all times. You should have a history of working proactively within a high performing team as well as the ability to handle your personal work load. Along with the above you will be able to converse confidently and clearly over the phone.
