About Our Client
Our client is a strongly established company operating within the Aged Care industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their supportive and vibrant team based in Sydneys North Shore and close to public transport.
As a Customer Relations Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and maintaining relationships with existing customers whilst growing new ones. You will be providing daily assistance, answering inquiries and managing all aspects of admissions for new residents.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A friendly and compassionate personality.
- A formal and clear phone manner.
- A high level of organizational and administration skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs or targets.
- An ability to identify potential customers, Building as well as maintaining relationships with them.
- Ability to work both as a team and individually.
- Relevant previous experience within a customer service role and/or Aged care role
