About Our Client
Our client is passionate about providing fantastic quality wine to its customers at reasonable prices. Their offices are on the beachfront where they recommend taking a beach towel to go for a run off the wharf at lunch time! The office environment is super relaxed, even the manager wears shorts, t-shirts and flip flops. Essentially the client needs someone who is passionate about wine and customer service who can fit into a dynamic and friendly team culture.
The job requires the ability to respond to customer enquiries via the phone and email. This is absolutely not a sales role, however you will be expected to go above and beyond for the customer and share your passion for the business and its product.
The Successful Applicant
The client requires someone with perfect communication skills, both verbal and written. This is a perfect opportunity for someone from a retail or admin background to get into a Customer Service role with a great company. Alternatively the client will consider someone straight from school or University with little or no experience too.
