About Our Client
Our client is a world leading trade supplier. Due to continuous growth they require an experienced customer service manager to motivate and lead their customer service team in Western Sydney. The key responsibility of the Customer Service Manager is to assist management in effectively delivering best practice customer service.
Managing a team of up to 10 staff you will be responsible for ensuring all members of staff are motivated and engaged. You will manage their performance and ensure KPI's are consistently met. You will ensure customer service is the main priority of your staff and ensure each customer has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience using SAP and able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment. You will have previous management experience in a high volume call centre and have excellent communication skills. You will be a dynamic and motivated individual who strives to gain the best results and build a successful and engaged team.
