About Our Client
Our client is a global FMCG retailer seeking Customer Service professionals to join their growing team. A national leader in their market they service a specialised sector and industry with high quality products and services. Ongoing expansion has resulted in the need for a Customer Service professional to support their business from their Western Sydney head office.
Reporting to the Team Leader your main roles will include;
- Inbound Customer Service, responding to high volume customer queries;
- Working as a part of a team to provide the highest level customer service;
- Managing time effectively to work through high call volumes whilst at all times delivering exceptional customer experience;
- Collecting information and promptly entering into the database;
- Resolving customer issues, quickly and effectively.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will come from a Customer Service background, ideally from a similar industry. They are seeking passionate individuals who resonate with the companies values and brand. Your skills will include;
- A proven track record of operating in a Customer Service role, in a consumer driven environment;
- Strong verbal and written skills with a passion for customer service;
- Driven and ambitious with the ability to self manage;
- Motivated with a hands on approach.
