Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing rapport with customers both over the phone and via email;
- Addressing customer enquiries on the status of order, product availability pricing and complaints within 24 hours;
- Managing customer feedback positively and sensitively.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant you will have 1 years' experience in a customer service position. In this role you will possess excellent phone manner, along with professional written and communication skills. This position may vary over time so willingness to learn and a can do attitude is key.
