About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the financial services industry, with service lines across a variety of areas within this industry. The contact centre, located in Melbourne services all of Australia.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Point of contact for inbound enquiries by telephone and email.
- Resolve enquiries quickly and effectively.
- Contribute positively to team based KPIs.
- Provide accurate and relevant information.
- Actively seek to improve performance and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will preferably have a background in a high volume custom service environment. Experience in the financial industry will also be looked upon favourably. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
