About Our Client
Our client is an international company with an increasing Australian presence. They now require a Customer Service Technical Operator to help lead their team into the future.
- Manage a high volume of technical calls through email and phone and assist the team as needed
- Manage and follow up on individual tasks and customer cases
- Support the manager with all tasks required
- Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have a strong background in Customer Service, within the motor mechanic industry. You have experience in dealing with difficult customers and can demonstrate patience and empathy. In addition to great communication skills you also have strong problem solving abilities. You enjoy working in a team and have sound computer skills.
