About Our Client

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct support to customers via phone, email and social media.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service.
- Ability to solve customer enquiries and problems.
- Successfully communicate product knowledge to customers.
- Updating customer accounts and information.
- General administration as required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have an analytical mindset and will possess strong problem solving skills. Having experience in customer resolutions and enquiries the successful applicant will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a fantastic phone manner. Ideally the applicant will have experience working in technology.
