Customer Service Representative
About Our Client
My client is a large, global FMCG business looking to develop their customer service team in a particular brand. The company itself strives to be the best in the market not only when it comes to products but also sustainability.
The role of Customer Service Representative will include but not be limited to the following:
- Working as a team to ensure customers are satisfied, giving a quality service and acting in a timely manner with any problems.
- Liaising with both external and internal stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships.
- Problem solving, resolving any order issues in EDI.
- Seeking opportunities to improve processes in the team
- Working on SAP
The Successful Applicant
This position will suit someone who is driven and motivated to succeed, an individual who appreciates the importance of customer service and whom also has an aptitude on the technical side when it comes to EDI and SAP.
Team work will be intrinsic in this position so someone who enjoys working as a team will go well. Strong communication skills is also essential.
The project will be based in Macquarie Park.
