About Our Client
Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) are searching for confident and skilled people who are passionate about delivering remarkable customer service to join the team on a full time basis. You will join the Sydney BFS Service Sales Centre & Operations (SSC&O) division to provide a specialised and reliable service to every client.
You will be a part of the Operations team who will be the first point of contact for all email and phone based enquires and will handle all the processing for the users of our organisations product including Industry advisers, independent financial advisers and clients.
- Providing extraordinary customer service on every inbound and outbound call to all clients and advisers.
- Utilising your past industry experience to confidently create solutions to any concerns risen
- Managing every query with attention to detail and by the applicable deadline
- Handling all discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously striving to surpass client service standards
The Successful Applicant
You are a confident, reliable person who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment who has experience in a similar customer service role.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
