About Our Client
My client is a well-known Australian company, with brands that are recognized highly by customers for their high quality. This is a chance for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join the team and hit the ground running.
The role requires you to lead a team and ensure KPI's are met on a weekly an monthly basis. You will identify areas for improvement within the business and liaise with other members of the management team to ensure excellent levels of Customer Service at all times.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Strong experience with training staff in a FMCG company or similar environment.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Experience with maintaining strong relationships with other departments
- Be a charismatic and approachable leader to the team, promoting high performance and change management
- Developed interpersonal and communication skills
