About Our Client

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls with the purpose of booking an appointment for the sales team
- Overcoming objections effectively and in a friendly manner
- Maintaining a database of customer information using in-house systems
- Receiving inbound enquiries when required
- Working towards realistic targets and KPI's
- Positively contributing to the existing team environment
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in an outbound telesales role. Also desirable is:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach to sales
- Prior experience in the solar industry will be highly regarded
- Previous success in a KPI driven environment
- Reliable transport or access to public transport
