In this pivotal support position, you will coordinate the smooth running of the office by performing a variety of duties that will encompass;
- Coordinating events
- Conducting personal assistant duties as required
- Overseeing wider office management and general reception duties
- Drafting and proofing critical business documentation
- Coordinating meetings by transcribing minutes
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this position you will have significant experience in providing high level administrative support, ideally within an Office Manager capacity. Our client is seeking a dynamic, confident and extremely personable individual to effectively engage with internal stakeholders. Within this dynamic environment, a fresh and enthusiastic approach will be crucial to succeeding in this position. You will be well versed in operating IT systems and will be able to rectify technical problems that may arise. Technologically savvy applicants will be highly regarded.
