About Our Client
My client is an international retail business, that specialises in luxury goods. The Sydney office is located in Brookvale and currently has 10 employees in the office space with 150 working in the concessions and warehouse.
The products that they sell are prestigious, with a growing name in the Australian market. As a business they value the hard work of their employees and the engagement of their staff.
The role of Office Manager is a new position, one in which to organise the office and be the go to person.
The role of Office Manager will be varied, and responsibilities will grow depending on the successful applicants experience.
The duties will include:
- Being the go to person in the office
- Order office stationary
- Assist with payroll
- Liaise with Area Managers
- Event Coordination
- Assist with HR issues when possible
- Ad hoc admin
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this Office Manager role will:
- Have a similar background, or experience in HR or payroll
- Have great attention to detail
- Only want a part time position
- High proficiency of Microsoft office
- Able to get to Brookvale
