In this busy Customer Service based position you will be responsible for supporting the business's needs, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Your specific duties include but are not limited to;
- Order processing with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls.
- Managing and processing invoices.
- General follow up of customer orders.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a highly motivated and self-driven professional with a passion for Customer Service. Coupled with this you will have;
- Proven Order Processing and invoicing experience.
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously.
- Exposure or previous work in a high volume environment with either inbound or outbound phone calls
