About Our Client

As a branch of one of the largest global providers of employment relations consultancy services, servicing over 30,000 clients across the world, our client has experienced tremendous growth in the last 18 months.
With the amount of growth they have experienced to date, our client are now seeking motivated and experienced outbound sales consultants with a great attitude to join their rapidly expanding team.
This role is focused on identifying new opportunities for the business development managers to interact and expand their client portfolios:
- To contact leads and attend prospect meetings, with the intent to secure new business and raise awareness of products and services;
- Self-lead generation and securing new business opportunities;
- Maintaining a short, sharp sales cycle;
- Achieving set sales targets & objectives, as well as income and business targets;
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- At least 6 months experience in telesales;
- B2B experience desirable;
- Confident, ambitious, likeable, tenacious;
- Positive can do attitude;
- Thrives in a fast paced environment;
- Enjoys reaping the rewards of hard work;
- Looking to create a career not just work a job.
