Experience in selling over the phone or face to face, including B2B
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in working on different types of sales and marketing activities

Well -developed relationship building skills and negotiation skills
Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal & external customer experience
Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision making skills
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have outstanding customer service skills to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will have the ability to deal with a high volume of outbound calls, as well as assisting with administrative duties. The roles and responsibilities may change over time so a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
