About Our Client
Page Group are a global recruitment firm with our Brisbane office located in the heart of the CBD.
The successful PA/Office Administrator will work closely with the Regional Director offering one to one support. Your role will require some project work that you will run autonomously. Other responsibilities will include:
- Running of weekly reports and issuing to required personnel
- Organising events
- Diary management
- Client liaison on behalf of our Regional Director
- Office administration where required
- Putting together PowerPoint presentations
- Facilities management
- Front of house duties
- Meeting and greeting of clients
The Successful Applicant
You will be comfortable in a fast paced environment and have fantastic multi tasking ability. You will be strong interpersonally and enjoy a vibrant culture. You will ideally come from a large corporate background and have a professional and smart demeanour.
