About Our Client

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you duties will include:
- Responding to high levels of payroll queries from employees of all levels
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Provide excellent customer service in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist in the processing of payroll during busy periods
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by management
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills as there is a large customer service based element to this position. They will have prior experience in a payroll processing or payroll administration position and enjoy day-to-day interaction and engagement with employees through payroll queries. They will have excellent problem solving skills, be proactive with the ability to stay positive and motivated.
