About Our Client
Our client is a household name in the retail sector with large offices in Parramatta. They are currently seeking an experience Personal Assistant to join the team to cover a maternity leave. They have modern offices located close to public transport. The team are friendly and it is a busy, dynamic work environment.
This role will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and support 2 other senior managers as well.
The role will involve:
- Diary Management for 3 senior managers
- Administration support to a team of 10
- Travel for team, both domestic and International
- Organising key client and internal events
- Assisting with preparing invoices for payment

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent experience supporting a busy team or Senior Manager
- Available on short notice
