Operating as a Product Advisor of Marketing Software you will:
- Interact with and qualify warm prospects via both telephone and email;
- Conduct research into accounts and key players and develop accounts further;
- Feed information and qualified leads through to account exec team;
- Update Salesforce with new information and details of all interactions;
- Continually improve the quality of data being provide to clients, prospects and consultants; and
- Meet and exceed set KPI's and targets.
The Successful Applicant
In order to succeed as a Product Advisor of Marketing Software you will possess:
- A self-starter attitude with motivation and hunger to succeed;
- Previous experience in a sales based role where organisation and speed of service is key;
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A 4 year bachelor's degree; and
- Experience and formal training in Salesforce is a giant plus!
