About Our Client
With offices based in Wangara, this company is an established leading distributor of premium products and equipment.
As a Receptionist & Administration Assistant, the purpose of your role will be to join the office support team as an all-rounder, providing a courteous, professional and proactive front-facing position.
Your duties will include:
- Taking inbound calls, taking detailed messages and/or transferring calls to the relevant person
- Processing customer orders
- Processing of invoices
- Data entry and other general admin tasks
- Assisting other staff members when required
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must have:
- Previous reception experience
- In depth knowledge of SAP
- Keen attention to detail
- Work individually as well as part of a team
A successful candidate will be able to complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, provide high quality customer service, accurately process invoices, work under pressure and able to multi-task.
