About Our Client
My client are a well established luxury brand who have a loyal client base. You will work in stunning offices and be surrounded by a great team who really value the key support you can provide. You will assist in even planning and as a key perk have the opportunity to network with a range of clients at a number of events.
Your duties will involve:
- Providing an exceptional first impression of the business
- Meeting and welcoming clients on arrival
- Handling a range of telephone enquiries in a professional manner and using a solution orientated approach
- Appointment and diary management
- Ordering all amenities
- Working closely with the team to plan a diverse range of client events
The Successful Applicant
The business are looking for an immaculately presented Corporate Receptionist who has great people skills. You will be able to build rapport with clients with ease and always come across as professional, engaging and enthusiastic.
Due to the number of events you will be assisting with you must be extremely organised and efficient. During quieter periods you will be able to use your initiative to make office improvements.
Must be available to work weekends on occasion.
