About Our Client
An exciting opportunity for a corporate receptionist to join an up and coming financial services team. Our client has been recognised as a market leader in corporate advisory across Australia and New Zealand and is looking for a face for their business.
As the face of the business and first point of contact for all clients, your role will include:
- Greeting and liaising with all clients upon arrival as well as over the phone and via email
- Managing room bookings to ensure smooth running of the office
- Coordinating couriers both locally and internationally
- Maintaining documented Standard Operating Procedures for Corporate Services
- General administrative assistance where required
The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant you will ideally have experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the financial sector. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. You will have impeccable presentation as you will be the first point of contact for all clients including stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You will be highly organised and driven yet still be able to work in a team environment.
