About Our Client
My client is a global organisation, with their Sydney office based in Chatswood. They are world renowned in the industrial industry because of their innovative nature and their continuous work on the environment.
The office in Chatswood is vibrant, engaging and incredibly collaborative. This role as Receptionist would work alongside the Office Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly.
The role of Receptionist will include the following duties:
- Meeting and greeting of clients
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Assisting the OM and EA's with various admin duties, including that of travel booking
- Monitoring the switchboard
- Assisting with expenses
- Organising company events
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this Reception role will have full working rights in Australia and prior experience in a similar role.
Microsoft office skills are a must, as is a high level of customer service.
This position is really made for a motivated individual looking to build their career in the administration world, who has the right attention to detail and commitment, and someone who can liaise to any level of personnel.
