About Our Client
Page Personnel works with a number of leading companies based within the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We are looking for immediately available Receptionist and Administrators from on the day or short term temporary assignments situated in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs
Working as a temporary contractor for Page Personnel you will have the opportunity to utilise your previous Reception or Administration Assistant skills to support a number of organisations on a temporary basis.
Receptionists will be required to be the first point of contact, answer and redirect incoming calls, meet and greet clients and visitors, set up meeting rooms and provide adhoc administration support to the wider team.
Administration Assistants will be required to support the wider team with diary and email management, coordination of appointments and meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing documentation, liaising with internal and external clients, managing files and monthly billing.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be reliable, professional and well presented and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to develop strong relationships, manage conflicting deadlines and be flexible. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills is essential and recent Receptionist or Administration Assistant experience is a must.
