About Our Client
Our client is a highly respected growing organisation, specialising in providing financial services on a national scale. This organisation prides themselves on their supportive and professional team culture. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist to support their busy business.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- You will be the first point of contact of the business
- Meet and greet clients
- Diary management
- Coordinate and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Managing and coordinating emails and incoming telephone calls
- Mail distribution and ad hoc administration
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience working in a similar role is essential. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite will also be required. You will be able to work both autonomously and in a team based environment as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
