We operate across seven offices in Australia: Brisbane, Sydney, Chatswood, Parramatta, Melbourne, Wheelers Hill and Perth. We continue to expand through a proven culture of promotion - hiring Consultants to become our future business leaders.
Working as part of the Page Personnel team, you will be supported by the Manager and Associate Director of the division while having the autonomy to run your own desk. This role focuses on 360 degrees of recruitment where you will have complete control over the full placement process. Each individual consultant has their own client base where you can leverage off our warm relationships from over the past decade while identifying, developing and managing new business acquisition. Consultants will be selling our recruitment services and have the authority to negotiate the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. This will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
