We are currently seeking customer service representatives with experience in:
- Inbound calls, involving customer inquiries and issues.
- Outbound telesales and lead generation
- Order processing and appointment setting
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicants will possess
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for customer service and relations
- Experience within a high call volume environment
- An open and friendly phone manner.
- Experience using CRM systems
