About Our Client

As the Team Assistant, you will perform a crucial support role encompassing a variety of responsibilities including;
- Supporting the team with projects and event coordination, as required
- Answering, transferring and screening telephone calls for team members
- Developing critical business documents through editing, proofreading, and formatting
- Managing the team's documentation through e-filing, paper filing and archiving duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience as an administrator. Our client is looking for a strong administrator who demonstrates an enthusiastic and conscientious approach to delivering the highest level of support. Experience with MS Office Suite is essential to this role.
