About Our Client

They are in the process of introducing an exciting new technology into the and require quality leads for their sales team to convert into revenue. This is not your average solar business - they invest heavily in their people and will support the right person to achieve outstanding results!
The successful candidate will be responsible for launching this sales team from the ground up. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Motivating a sales team to achieve consistently outstanding results
- Making outbound sales calls with the purpose of booking an appointment for their sales representatives
- Overcoming objections in a confident manner
- Ongoing coaching of telesales staff - both formal and "on the run"
- Reporting results to management on a regular basis
- Managing the performance of team members to ensure consistent results
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Personal success in a telesales environment
- Previous experience managing a team of salespeople to achieve strong results
- The ability to motivate and develop staff to reach their full potential
- Experience preparing reports for management and influencing these results
- A positive attitude and high levels of initiative
