Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be required to complete the Accounts Payable and banking process for the organisation. More specifically, your duties will include:

  • Invoice processing
  • Preparation and execution of a weekly cheque run
  • Responding to and resolving all supplier queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Month end procedures including the detailed review of AP's aged trial balance
  • Assistance in the processing of expenses and inter-company invoices
  • Receipting and daily banking
  • Ad hoc assistance to the corporate services finance team

The Successful Applicant
You will be an accounts payable clerk with a minimum of 1 years + exposure in a similar position. Additionally, you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication, time management, communication, and an eagerness and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the business.
