About Our Client

Our client is a warehouse distribution company operating within the automotive industry. The company has been established for over 20 years and is based on the Northern Beaches. After 10 years with the business, the current Accounts Officer is retiring, so we are looking to find a replacement as quickly as possible. This is a fundamental role for the business as you will be solely responsible for the accounts.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:-

• Full function Accounts Payable
• Full function Accounts Receivable
• Payroll for circa 15 employees
• Reconciliations
• Financial planning
• Ad hoc duties as required by the Managing Director

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for this role, you will have:-

• At least 5 years experience within Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Some payroll experience
• Strong collection skills
• Attaché experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced excel skills (exposure to V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
