They boast fantastic offices on the North Shore with a view of the harbour, a close knit finance team as well as being a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable officer with industry experience.

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Full function Accounts Payable looking after a ledger of 150 suppliers
• Monthly EFT and Cheque payments in excess of $10mill per/month
• Supplier reconciliations
• Answering queries
• Ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have full function Accounts Payable experience within the Construction Industry or have a keen desire to work in this field. Experience using Leveses or Timberline is highly regarded for this role as well as solid Excel skills. Communication is paramount in this role and requires someone with the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
