Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts and Expenses Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • High volume data entry
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Full ownership of your own account portfolio
  • Producing and maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • Reconciling journals and accruals
  • Providing general administration support to the team

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the end to end process of Accounts Payable. You will also have exposure to processing travel expenses and reimbursements. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills is pivotal in this role. You will also have the ability to work effectively in a team focussed environment. Applicants that have experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle or SAP will be highly regarded.
