As they continue to grow they are building on their primary business to provide an even broader range of products and services to the Australian market. These include online retail, specialised commercial products and alternate financing arrangements.

Job Description

This is a key management position with responsibility for a team of collections officers focusing on reducing the level of bad debt across the national portfolio. Your personal motivation and drive will be paramount to improve process and systems, promptly resolve issues, improve KPI levels and minimise write-offs. Key deliverables of this role will include:

• Collection calls (outbound and inbound)
• Maintaining cost ratios
• Reduce outstanding debtor day levels
• Meeting high volume cash collection targets

Your leadership skills will allow you to grow and develop your team to success.

The Successful Applicant
You will have a track record of managing a high performing team and installing an ethos of best practice and customer service. Your experience in a high volume, target driven environment will enable you to perform from day one. Ideally these skills will have been gained in a mercantile, financial services or consumer finance environment.

What's On Offer
Circa $65,000 plus superannuation and bonus.
