Job Description
This role will report to the Collections Manager. You will be actively be supervising a collections team of 10 within this major international bank. This hands on role will require you to manage your team through set KPI’s, achieve targeted collections results whilst motivating, training and developing their skills. Your team will have a portfolio of aged debts from delinquent customers and will encompass a large volume of calls; with negotiation skills being at the forefront.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a collections team within a Financial Institution; preferably an International Bank. You will be able to train, motivate and develop your team and will have a positive and enthusiastic outlook on collections. Team work, being results driven and goal orientated are traits of a successful candidate. This organisation is looking for a permanent employee to lead from the front; set and achieved desired results.
