Job Description
The role would involve consumer collection calling, for personal loans and credit cards. The focus for the role will be early cycle, with a small portion focused on recoveries. You will have a portfolio of customers which will be your responsibility to manage. The position will encompass a large volume of calls, with negotiation skills being critical to your success in this role.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant, you will have experience in a collections environment, preferably within financial services. Communication and negotiation skills are paramount in this role together with a keen attitude, willingness to learn, and a view towards career progression. Your resume will be stable and will reflect substantial experience in a similar role.
